Returns Policy

At Essence of the Sonoran, we want to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.  We want you to be satisfied with your products and are confident that you will be, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly take the item back for credit or exchange. All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us. We do not charge restocking fees.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We will gladly replace it for you or give you credit for the cost of the item.  Please mail the item back to us with a note in the box telling us the issue with the item and what you would like to do (i.e. exchange or credit). In addition, you must fill out the return shipping forms found in your original shipment, this is so that we may expedite the process. You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are pleased with any of our items and would like to write a testimonial letter, we will post it on our site and send you a coupon via email for 25% off your next purchase.  We would love to see pictures of you wearing our clothing designs as well!  Don't be shy!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
